Salvation Army Alexandria Mural was commissioned by The Bignell Watkins Hasser Architects.
Mural is in display around the stairways of the entrance at the Salvation Army Store.
This complex panoramic mural is made of over 150 high resolution photographs all taken by Murat Erdemsel. Houses including the America's narrowest brick house and the street scenes are photographed in Old Town Alexandria in Virginia. All boats are photographed in Los Angeles and incorporated in the mega sized photoshop file. The final digital image that was rendered on Photoshop CS6 has the image size of, 75 inches wide in 600dpi so that can be printed as a wall paper for the needed sharpness and color accuracy.
